The first full conference day with keynote speeches
and plenary sessions will be streamed online from the Korundi House of Culture. Live

The program of the day starts with a keynote speech by the Minister for
Foreign Affairs of Finland, Elina
Valtonen. 

Program continues with topics
such as hybrid security and community engagement, while also addressing the changed
security landscape in the European Arctic. 

Following the conference live stream does not require any
registration.

The second conference day on Wednesday
15th of November consists of parallel thematic sessions and they are not live
streamed.
