The wait is over – registration for the Rovaniemi Arctic Spirit Conference is now open. Secure your spot at Finland’s leading international Arctic event, which takes place from May 5–7, 2025, in Rovaniemi.

Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to
take advantage of early bird rates, available until April 6, 2025. After this date,
standard registration fees will apply. Full details on pricing and registration can

In addition to opening
registration, we are pleased to announce that the preliminary conference program is now available online. While the
overall structure is in place, session details and scheduling may still be adjusted
as we finalize the program. Stay tuned for updates!

year’s conference theme, “Elements of Arctic Security”, brings together
international experts, researchers, and policymakers to discuss the evolving
security landscape in the Arctic. Topics will range from geopolitical shifts and
environmental security to infrastructure resilience and community preparedness.
