The present volume of Current Developments in Arctic Law (CDAL) comprises twelve papers touching upon a range of issues and providing insightful information on Arctic law and policy today.
The contributions of CDAL include policy papers, short

to the transarctic submarine cable; challenges posed by and prospects for autonomous
marine shipping in the Arctic and issues related to multilevel governance and
interregional cooperation in the region.
The CDAL is the annual

Lapland publishes it in cooperation with its Northern Institute for Environmental
and Minority Law at the Arctic Centre.
